This is the 15th International Conference on Petroleum Phase Behavior and Fouling that was started by Dr. Irv in 1999. This year the conference is organized by Baker Hughes and Rice University and held in a short drive from Houston at the San Luis Resort Spa & Conference Center. The Petrophase Conference has become the leading conference on petroleum science and as such all the leading petroleum scientists will be attending as well as engineers from the upstream, downstream, and academia.
